The perks of self-employment mean I pick my working hours around everything else in life. I don't work the typical 9-5. I'm, mostly, up bright and early and flaked on the sofa before it's dark.
However, I will always endevour to reply to enquiries within 24 hours excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Please don't be alarmed if you get a response from me at 5:43am during the week, or at a random time on a weekend. If I can answer your query when I spot it I will, but please also respect that this business is ran solely by myself and I do need time off too.

How long will my order take?
Standard processing time is between 7 and 10 working days. During peak times this could increase. An updated processing time will be informed at order point if this happens. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays so if you order on a Friday then the first working day is from the following Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday the first working day would be the Tuesday.

Do you hold stock of items?
Due to the vast range of products I offer I don't hold stock as such. I do sometimes have some blank products available but they are limited.
How do I order?
All orders go through the website. Simply add the item to your basket and checkout. Custom orders will be added to the site and a link sent to you to order via.
What style of t-shirts are available?
Here at Teal Fox Designs we have a wide range of T-Shirts available for you. Be it a ladyfit or a boyfriend fit I'm sure there will be a style to fit your need.
