Postage
When you have items in your basket you will be offered a selection of shipping options. This is dependent on the size and weight of your order and where it is being sent. The choice is then yours! My personal preference is the “Signed for” options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally I work on a 5-10 working day processing time. This is the time it takes for me to process your order up until it being dispatched. Once it leaves me it is in the hands of Royal Mail so delivery times may vary. It’s just me working away at TFD HQ so at busier times of the year this timescale can increase. I will always add a notice to the website when processing times are extended for any reason. If you are wanting something for a specific date please do message me BEFORE ordering to ensure it is possible. I will always do my best to meet your deadlines but sometimes, due to supplier lead times and how busy I may be it isn’t possible.
